About Us
Back in Black, Inc. was formed because of a need from our fulfillment partners. Their customers needed better access to their data. At Back in Black, Inc., we envisioned leveraging usable, real-time analytics to bring together customer interactions from the call center, inventory data from the warehouse, and shipping and tracking information from shipping carriers. This need is what sparked the idea to build the best software solutions to solve our fulfillment partners challenges and while doing so, provide best in class software solutions to other retailers, ecommerce and direct response marketers.
We started in 2011 with that vision in mind and have continued to grow the functionality of our software solutions ever since. Our continuous goal is to design software to make our customer's extremely efficient at processing, fulfilling, and shipping their orders from the most popular marketplaces using the best shipping carriers.
