Seeking a sales professional who is goal orientated and self motivated to achieve sales and customer growth through the process of placing outbound sales calls in a professional and courteous manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Utilizing a predictive dialer, manage outbound calls to potential or existing customers who have contacted us previously or recently cancelled their orders. The goal is to close the sale or regain the customer’s business
  • Become an expert in the knowledge of client products
  • Application of advanced telephone selling techniques to achieve a high closure rate
  • Overcome objections while utilizing solution-based sales techniques to close the sale
  • Document all necessary information pertaining to customers account and correctly input data to ensure accuracy
  • Adherence to call quality standards and metrics regarding number of contacts made per day and conversion rate


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum 6 months sales experience.  Previous sales experience selling products or services over the phone is a plus
  • Highly motivated with the ability to meet call quality standards and metrics regarding number of contacts made per day and sales quotas
  • Strong communication skills to respond to situations in a prompt and professional manner
  • Good listener with special attention to customer needs and expression of empathy when applicable
  • Must be comfortable navigating multiple applications simultaneously and possess good typing skills
