Job: Pick/Pack Lead
Sunday – Wednesday (Neenah, WI)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Oversee fulfillment center, providing direction to hourly associates
• Maintain communication between facilities
• Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of deliver orders, control of damages, error and mispacks, and excellence in customer service levels
• Ensure that associates are trained in safe working practices
• Assist pick/pack as needed
• Perform physical inventories & cycle counts

WHO IS RIGHT FOR THIS JOB:

• Must have a HSED or GED, associates degree desired
• Be able to lift 30lbs
• Must be able to read and write English to accurately understand collate order forms
• Ability to count accurately
• Good eye/hand coordination
• Ability to stand entire shift
• Must be certified in forklift and order picker
• Six months manufacturing or distribution experience required
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
